Returns & Refunds
Refunds are available if:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your product arrives damaged or defective.
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Exchanges & Additional Returns
At Steel & Lily, every item is made to order through trusted production partners once your purchase is placed. This allows us to create intentionally, reduce waste, and keep quality at the center of what we do.
Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, we’re unable to accept general returns or exchanges for sizing, buyer’s remorse, or ordering mistakes.
We also understand that real life happens. While we can’t guarantee exceptions in every situation, we believe in treating people fairly. If there’s a problem with your order, please reach out to us at hello@steelandlily.com and we’ll do our best to help.
